Now Pouring: Craft Beer & Seltzer at Dream City

On Friday, August 15, 2025, we officially added small-batch craft beer and hard seltzer to the coffee and tea menu Carrollton already knew us for. After years of renovation and licensing, the full Dream City vision - brewery, coffeehouse, and community space under one roof - became real.

We marked the occasion with a ribbon cutting on August 22 alongside friends, family, investors, and the downtown Carrollton community. Thank you for dreaming with us.
